James William Hires was last seen on October 12, 1981 when he left his parents residence around 2:30 p.m. in Cherry Hill, NJ. James stated he was going to pick up his brother but never arrived. The vehicle James was driving was recovered on October 18, 1981 at the Philadelphia Airport. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, tan v-neck sweater, white pants and dress shoes. He does have a scar on his left eye.
